For the Executor

Dealing with a Deceased estate, the whole business of sorting out beneficiary items and  deciding what to do with everything is mostly overwhelming and emotionally draining. Sometimes there are helpful family members willing to work with you. Either way lifetimes of family memories and what to do with it all is easier with the help of a compassionate professional and their team.

We work with Probate Attorneys to ensure beneficiary items are distributed. We empty and if needed clean, deceased estates and set up the property for sale.  

For the Nursing home or Retirement home  

Moving from the family home is almost the same as above. If possible we like to be able to spend some time with the "movee" to better understand them and their comfortable environment so that  with our help you are able to select the right items to make this move for your parent as pleasant as possible. We can arrange the selection with you and pack and transport and set-up at the  new location. You can finesse the new home or we can. We can also Clean and set the property up for sale if needed.

For the Hoarder House 

This is more common than you would think with the generation leaving us now. Surprisingly these homes often generate a lot of Museum donations. Call us before you start throwing it all out.

For the Downsizer

The family home has the memories of laughter and life and "stuff "accumulated over the years. We can help you organise your downsizing and distribute as well as buy-out some goods. We can also help with the move.

How we came about....

We first started dealing with deceased estates during the late 1980's and early 1990's. One partner had Antique stores and Malls  as well as a large restoration business while the other was involved in Auctions and speciality markets and his centrally located store.

Both businesses were very successful. We all retired...Then we realised that our talents very rare and very necessary for the generations dealing with liquidating theirs or their relatives assets...So we have un-retired and are available once again to help out.
